My sellers at 615 Minaret Dr were ready to find something closer to their desired area of town, with more space and possibility. They were ready to stretch into a new chapter. to upsize into a home that fit the busy, joyful, chaotic rhythm of raising their family. And they chose me to help them sell and  buy at the same time. Tucked into a peaceful pocket of Albuquerque’s Southwest Mesa, 615 Minaret Dr. was a warm, well-loved home that reflected everything about the clients who lived inside it.


Three bedrooms. two bathrooms. a bright living area filled with laughter. and a backyard where their hound dogs roamed like kings.

The property offered:

This home wasn’t just a house. it told a story. A story of people coming together and making a space their home. A story of weekend pancake mornings. crafts scattered across the dining table. plants tended to carefully in the backyard, and shoes always gathering near the front door.


But as the clients lives grew, and shifted, so did their needs.They were ready for something bigger. more storage. more play space, more room for two energetic pups to run wild. We were about to make that happen!
